Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AECARO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

AECARO provides an AI agent hosting and management platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, individual account holders, and agency partners. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

AECARO is an AI agent platform that enables users to:

• Install and configure AI agents from the AECARO marketplace or connect your own GitHub-hosted agents
• Connect external tools and services (email, CRM, databases, social platforms) through MCP-compatible connectors
• Run agents 24/7 on AECARO-managed infrastructure with monitoring and alerting
• Agency partners may resell white-labeled agent access to their own clients

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features, agent types, and connector availability may change as the platform evolves. AECARO will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

3. User Accounts & API Keys

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

AECARO supports a bring-your-own-key model for LLM providers. When you provide your own API keys (for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other supported providers), those keys are encrypted at rest and used exclusively for your own agent executions. AECARO does not share, pool, or resell your keys. You are responsible for any usage costs incurred by your keys through the Service.

API Key Security

API keys stored on AECARO are encrypted using AES-256 at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3. You may revoke or rotate your keys at any time through your account settings. AECARO employees cannot view raw API keys; only the last four characters are logged for support diagnostics.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws
• Abuse, spam, or overload LLM APIs beyond reasonable usage limits
• Generate, distribute, or store content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Use the Service to build a competing AI agent platform or service
• Circumvent rate limits, billing mechanisms, or access controls
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code

AECARO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use terms without prior notice. We may monitor usage patterns to detect abuse but do not inspect agent output content except as required by law.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. AECARO does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Plans and Pricing

Current pricing is listed on the AECARO pricing page. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect active billing periods.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus any usage beyond free-tier limits. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Agency Partner Plans

Agency plans are billed at the applicable agency rate. Agencies are responsible for billing their own clients. AECARO is not responsible for disputes between agencies and their end clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AECARO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Any damages arising from AI model outputs, including inaccurate, misleading, or harmful content

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AECARO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AECARO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI agent outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.

AECARO may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, if your payment is past due, or if required by law. Upon termination by AECARO for cause, no refund will be issued.

Sections 6 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Contact), and any provisions intended to survive termination shall survive the termination of these Terms.
