Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any point. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you never lose time you've paid for.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Key. Every Aecaro plan runs on your own LLM API key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Groq, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Add it once in Settings → API Keys and your agents call the provider directly, at zero markup on tokens. There's no Aecaro-hosted AI included in the subscription price — the monthly fee covers the platform (agent orchestration, workflows, connectors, scheduling), not model usage.
Can I try Aecaro before paying?
Yes — create a free account with no credit card and explore the full dashboard: browse templates, see how agents, workflows, and the Orchestrator are laid out. Deploying an agent, connecting an integration, or creating a workflow requires a paid plan — add a payment method whenever you're ready to go live.
What are sub-agents?
Sub-agents are agents spawned by your main agent to handle parallel or specialised work. For example, your primary agent might spin up a sub-agent to write code while another reviews it simultaneously. Sub-agents don't count against your active agent limit — only your top-level agents do.
What is the Orchestrator?
The Orchestrator is a visual control plane for running multi-agent workflows at scale. You design agent pipelines — who does what, in what order, with what dependencies — and the Orchestrator manages execution, retries, and escalations. It's available from the Max plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from Billing settings. Payments already made are non-refundable, since deploying your agents has real infrastructure costs from the moment you subscribe.
What currencies do you charge in?
All plans are priced in USD ($). We accept all major cards globally via Stripe.
What connectors do you support?
Your agents can take real actions (send an email, post a message, create a record, and more) on 22 fully-wired connectors: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Stripe, Airtable, Discord, Jira, Linear, HubSpot, Salesforce, Twitter, LinkedIn, Asana, Trello, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Intercom, and Shopify. Hundreds more services can be OAuth-connected via our Composio integration for future use, but agent actions are only available on the wired set above today.
