Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any point. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you never lose time you've paid for.
What does BYOK mean and why does it save me $3/mo?
Every plan includes AI Credits — Aecaro routes your agent's tasks automatically: Claude Sonnet or Opus for complex reasoning, Gemini Flash or DeepSeek for routine tasks like checking email or summarising data. This costs us money, so we include a $3/mo AI Credits fee in the plan. If you bring your own API key (BYOK) from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or DeepSeek, we skip that fee entirely — saving you $3/mo and giving you direct control over which models you use. Tech-savvy users often prefer BYOK; most users just leave AI Credits on and never think about it.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial gives you 14 days to deploy template agents and custom-described agents — the two most accessible ways to get started. OSS GitHub agents, Workflows, Approvals, and Orchestrator are full-plan features. After the trial you'll be prompted to add a payment method; if you don't, your agents pause but your data is preserved for 30 days. No credit card required to start.
What are sub-agents?
Sub-agents are agents spawned by your main agent to handle parallel or specialised work. For example, your primary agent might spin up a sub-agent to write code while another reviews it simultaneously. Sub-agents don't count against your active agent limit — only your top-level agents do.
What is the Orchestrator?
The Orchestrator is a visual control plane for running multi-agent workflows at scale. You design agent pipelines — who does what, in what order, with what dependencies — and the Orchestrator manages execution, retries, and escalations. It's available from the Max plan.
How does the annual plan work?
Annual plans are billed once per year and save you roughly 20%. You can still cancel anytime — we'll refund the unused months pro-rata.
What currencies do you charge in?
All plans are priced in USD ($). We accept all major cards globally via Stripe.
